Hindustan College of Science and Technology or HCST offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Most of the programs are accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA). The college is the first venture of Sharda Educational Trust, which was formed in 1995. The trust is a conglomerate of 14 colleges. It is collectively known as Sharda Group of Institutions (SGI).
Location and Campus Area
Hindustan College of Science and Technology is situated in, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India. Hindustan College of Science & Technology is situated at the 26 km milestone from Agra on the Agra-Delhi Highway (NH-2). It is housed in a grand complex with 1,00,000 sq.mts of covered area built on a plot of 34 acres. This college is amongst the first self financed colleges in North India, affiliated to Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU), Lucknow and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. HCST offers Bachelor Degree in various branches of Engineering and Masters degree in Management & Engineering. Most of the programs are accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA). Hindustan College of Science and Technology is awarded for its high quality of learning processes, amenities & excellence when compared, amongst the best colleges of the country.
Sharda Group of Institutions (SGI)
The Sharda Group of Institutions is North India’s premier educational group with 4 Campuses, 19 Colleges, a state-of-the-art University. Today as the economy grows rapidly at a healthy rate, the demand for knowledge professionals, team leaders & managers has been increasing at a phenomenal rate. Affiliation
The institute is affiliated to the Mahamaya Technical University, Gautam Buddha Nagar.[2] The institute was affiliated to Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow until it was bifurcated and the college came under the jurisdiction of the present university. Before the formation of UPTU, the institute was affiliated to Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University, Agra for the award of B.Tech. degrees. Some courses in the college are still affiliated to Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University.
